Shipping, Delivery & In-Store Collections
Where we deliver
- We deliver to all physical addresses within South Africa
- We do not deliver to post boxes
- International Deliveries need to be quoted on separately
Delivery charges
- Free delivery applies to orders over R599.00
- A flat rate fee of R99.00 will be charged for orders with a TOTAL of less than R599.00
- If you are redeeming a voucher on your order which takes the total amount of your order below R599, the flat rate fee of R99.00 will be applied to your order
- Our system automatically applies the delivery fee if your order total is under R599
- If you wish to overnight your order and additional fees will be charged seperately
- Please note that delivery to areas outside of main centres, and some remote areas might result in additional fees
- These additional fees might in some instances be communicated with you after your order has already been completed.
- No deliveries on weekends or public holidays
- Our warehouse & dispatch team aim to fulfill orders as soon as possible.
- No dispatch on Saturdays & Sundays or public holidays
- Orders pending payment will not be dispatched
- Deliveries to other Provinces outside Cape Town can take 3-7 business days from date of dispatch
- Delivery for all sale items can take up to 10 WORKING DAYS to dispatch
- Tracking information will be sent as soon as order is dispatched by Bobgo
Receiving deliveries
- Any competent person at your delivery address may sign for your package, albeit at our courier/driver sole discretion
- No parcel will be ‘left’ anywhere unless communicated in writing to info@caffeluxe.com
In-Store Collections Procedure:
- Upon successful order placement and payment processing, our efficient warehouse team will meticulously pick, pack, and dispatch your order. You will be notified promptly with a "ready for collection" email, signaling that your parcel is prepared for pickup.
- Please be aware that attempting to collect your order before receiving the "ready for collection" notification will result in being redirected. Our commitment is to provide you with a seamless experience, and your order will only be handed over when fully prepared for collection.
- For those opting to send their own courier, kindly ensure the waybill is forwarded to orders@caffeluxe.com, with a copy to fulfilment1@inospace.com. It is crucial to note that in the absence of a sent waybill, the courier will regrettably be turned away until the necessary documentation is provided.
